Bringing a baby home is a beautiful and transformative experience, and no parent shoiuld navigate those early weeks alone. 

Montessori First Steps offers postpartum doula servcies that nurture the whole family, baby, parents, siblings, and the home enviornment, with a calm, respectful approach rooted in Montessori principles. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, your family deserves guidance, reassurance, and partnership during this gentle season of change. 

As a Certified Montessori Postpartum Doula and AMI-trained Montessori Infant/Toddler Guide, I'm honored to partner with you to create a peaceful start rotted in observation, respect, and connection.

Postpartum doula services may include:

• Emotional reassurance, listening, and grounding support
• Newborn care education and cue recognition
• Feeding support through breast feeding, pumping, or bottle prep (centered on your family's needs)
• Gentle, developmentally respectful sleep and rest routines
• Montessori-informed environment setup and home preparation
• Building calm daily rhythms and predictable transitions
• Light baby-related home support (laundry, tidying baby areas)
• Confidence-building for parents learning their baby’s needs

Each family receives tailored care based on their rhythms, values, and needs.

Support is offered virtually and in-home depending on your location and preference.
You choose the level and intensity of care that fits your family, from short-term support in the early days to ongoing partnership throughout the first year.

Packages are available in 1-month, 3-month, and 5-month options.
